Sustainability is an integral part of this hotel group's operational strategies. In 2010 they introduced a water filtering system in 13 hotels, supplier checklists introduced for three hotels and menu designs incorporate local food wherever appropriate.

Lancaster London recognises the need for responsible energy management and is committed to improving energy efficiency and protecting the environment. Located adjacent to Hyde Park, this environmentally conscious hotel has instigated many initiatives including a honey farm on the roof.
