A popular and coveted title, this unique award that offers all AA Rosette-awarded chefs the chance to decide which of their peers deserves this widely-respected recognition of their performance over the past 12 months and their continued commitment to the profession.

The AA's inspectors have chosen the nominees based on the recommendations of our chefs, and the winning chef will feature in the 2012 edition of the AA Restaurant Guide. The winner will recieve an award at the AA Hospitality Awards to be held on Monday 26 September at The London Hilton on Park Lane.
